I liked the cleanliness of the room, friendly staffs, and very good view. The present of the lake and vicinity of the breakfast room to the lake shore were remarkable items about this hotel.

Rubbish hotel

We hate to stay in this property, max 2 szar noisy hotel, breakfast only from 8, poor choice not woth a Penny, it was a FATAL mistake to stay there.

Good hotel for the price

The room was nice and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The only thing I didn't like about the room is that the shower didn't have a shower curtain, so water got all over the floor. The lake at the back of the hotel barely qualifies as a lake, but it's still a nice touch. The free breakfast was standard fare. Nothing impressive, but what does one expect when it's free? When I return to Baku I plan on staying here again.

Room was not clean.

The location of the hotel is not bad, it is far from the city center, but for families with children , there is a playground one minute walk from the hotel and a big supermarket across the street. The Wifi connection is great! The staff were very polite. Breakfast was ok. Our room was spacious but unfortunately, the carpet flooring was very dirty. The ceiling of the bathroom had leak stains / water stains.

It is not as it seems

We stayed there 3 days with my brother...First of all, The hotel was so dirty...its foods in its breakfast werent fresh enough...Secondly, the internet access was horrible...We couldnt reach internet one whole day...Finally, I paid extra however it was written it doesnt matter how many person will stay in a room...I recommend you to find another hotel...

Great stay at the Lake Palace Hotel

Everything had a fabulous stay at Lake Palace Hotel. It started with check in, we were upgraded to a suite for our stay. The staff were very good at organising taxis for us when we wanted to go out. There is a good supermarket just across a lane from the hotel. Each afternoon I would order a pot of hot water to make myself a cup of tea. There wasn't any extra charges for this. The hotel is a short taxi ride to the old city. Our room over looked the lake.

Вместо озера, карьер

Находится в удаленном районе Баку, в криминогенном райончике. До метро далековато минут 20. Автобусная остановка поближе минут 10. Озеро на картинке очень живописное, на самом деле оказался карьер, огорежженный забором и кучами мусора на берегу. Перед поездкой я написала письмо на емаил отеля, где попросила встретить меня в аэропорту и сообщила, что во время пребывания в отеле у меня будет день рождения, в надежде на комплимент от отеля, как заявлено на сайте отеля. На емеил мне ответили, подтвердили что встретят, номер подготовят самый лучший, что ждут не дождутся меня. По приезду в Баку никто меня не встречал, девушка на ресепшн сказала, что письма не получали, в день рождения комплимента я не удостоилась. По вечерам в ресторане отеля проводят свадьбы и юбилеи, музыка играет до поздна. Интерьер отеля и номеров красивый, в стиле легкого арт- деко. Но отель уже немного уставший, особенно ковровое покрытие в номерах. Уборка ежедневная, но не очень качественная (раковина, пол в ванной, унитаз, в шкафу остался мужской свитр от предыдущего постояльца). Халаты, полотенца, тапочки, постельное белье чистое. Воровства не замечено. Завтраки хорошие: овощи, сыры, колбасы, сосиски, яичница, блинчики, йогурт, хлопья, выпечка, творог, оливки, сгущенка, шоколадная паста, цукаты, хлопья, молоко, соки, чай, кофе. Вайфай в номере бесплатный, но несколько дней не работал.
