Wir hatten 2 Zimmer fest gebucht und mit Kreditkarte bestätigt. Bei Ankunft war das Hotel ausgebucht, aber wir wurden nach einem Suchen in Nachbarhotels untergebracht, was uns 1 Stunde und viel Lauferei gekostet hat.

Now don’t everyone get uppity about some smells coming back up the pipe work. This is Baku, and the positioning of the hotel is excellent, and the price is low. Good joint, will stay again. Best part is where they send you for breakfast. Superb restaurant and you can order away... on the voucher.

Perfect location in Baku!

Very friendly staff who were helpful and kind to us throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, it is walking distance from the main square in Baku which has lots of bars and restaurants.

I did not stay in the hotel

Unfortunately I went to the hotel and the that I don't have booking because the card did not work. Really really bad experience with my family and had to wait and then they told me that my visa was not working they tried it before I arrive which not possible because I always book through hotels.com with no problem. I was also very disappointed that I was not informed and it took me 2 hours from one hotel to another using taxi's and dragging my children from one place to another. After two hours I found a hotel who charged me triple the price. What a wonderful experience. THANK YOU HOTELS.COM for my making my family holiday a ver nice one. VERY STUPID reason the card did not work that's why we are very sorry and go look for another hotel. Thanks again.
