The staff was amazing. The only feedback was the room was not cleaned properly everyday. The room cleaning staff did not listen and with kids in the room hygiene was not taken care off. Rest the hotel and staff was great.

A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it.
