"Had all the basics that were needed. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was extremely tight and quite difficult. Our room was clean, tidy, and had all the basics amenities. The bed felt a bit springy for us but alright if you are staying for just a quick night. We had a hard time with the AC, it just turned off from 2 AM to 5AM and the room became very hot so it was hard to fall back asleep. "Room, lobby and restaurants are very clean and beautifully designed. Customer service is also very good and helpful and the restaurants are very good. However, the hotel suffers from maintenance issues. The front door slider was off its track and held open the 3 days we were there. The elevator had some sort of operator glitch so that it wouldn’t stop on sequential floors when it was called. It wasn’t too bad but occasionally we would need to wait a few extra minutes for the elevator to stop on...

"The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again."

"There were cigarette butts all along the outside of our floor’s windows. The toilet (held up by the wall) was very unsteady and would creak upon sitting. The beds are on wheels so move around as there is no rug or carpet. Delicious food though!"
