"First of all, the location is great: right on the lake, and central to downtown Bailey’s Harbor and the marina. It has a great deck and outside sitting area for spending time looking at the lake. The room was comfortable and clean. Downside - the breakfast isn’t much and we experienced issues with the TV and lack of assistance with that. There was no information in the room about how to work the TV. After a visit to the office we were told they used Direct TV. Did not work. After another visit to the office we were told all the rooms except ours used Direct and our room used YouTubeTV. Still did not work. After a third visit to the office they called the owner and we were told they can not control how much Wi-Fi others used and the signal was not strong enough. Hmmm. We were there 3 nights. Seems like they need to do some work. My brother had a room there also - his TV worked fine."
