Top Bahnhofsvorstadt Hotel Reviews

ibis budget Bremen City Center

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was in a very central location, with excellent access to public transport. Although the surrounding area can be a bit lively and restless at times, we personally appreciated the convenience of being so close to everything. The breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate, and the room was clean and comfortable. An added bonus was the window that could be opened for fresh air. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money."

PLAZA Premium Columbus Bremen

10/10 Excellent

"Great place close to the train station. A little walk (5min) into the historic center, but it was perfect for me as someone traveling later in the evening with several bags from the train station. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed guidance for shipping a package home to the US and they offered to take it on for me due to a holiday and closures. I received clear communication from them until it was shipped out. Room was clean and nice with lovely view of the train station!"

Aparthotel Adagio Bremen

8/10 Good

"A lovely, spacious apartment, but unfortunately let down by maintenance issues and poor customer service during check-in. I booked a large room with separate living and dining areas and was given a corner room overlooking the train station. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided great views and lots of natural light during the day. The apartment was modern and very spacious, with attractive furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed with soft bedding. There were several drawbacks. The living room lighting was quite dim in the evening, and the kitchen could do with hand towels or kitchen roll. Check-in was terrible, as the female receptionist was extremely unprofessional and originally allocated the wrong room type. Issues with maintenance. The kitchen extractor fan didn't work, the dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid, and the air conditioning wasn't working. I reported these problems and was assured they would be addressed. When nothing had been done, I followed up by email and received a prompt response promising they would be fixed, but unfortunately they still weren't resolved during my stay. Being opposite the railway station, there is considerable noise with the windows open, although the soundproofing is very good when they are closed. If quiet is more important than the view, I would recommend requesting a courtyard-facing room."

Ford Apartment

10/10 Excellent

"Great value for what you pay. From the outside you wonder what you're in for but inside the host is very welcoming and the hallways are nicely decorated. Our room was big and spacious, for the majority mostly clean, although some smaller details could do with some attention. A great location for easy access to the train station and the city. While the immediate surroundings look a bit dodgy with lots of young guys hanging around (obviously selling) there was never any trouble and never felt threatened in anyway. Would highly recommend for a budget stay in Bremen."
