"I loved everything about my stay. The room was very cute and clean. Breakfast was awesome. Staff were all very friendly. The paid parking at the hotel was totally worth it. They offered bike and other beach rentalswhich was really nice. My room faced the ocean and overlooked the pool. I left my door open with the closed screen at night so I could hear the ocean. The location was unbeatable, direct access to the boardwalk and beach. It was also very walkable. There is a grocery store that is like a 3 minute walk and tons of restaurants and coffee places. The Pacific Beach vibe was very cool. Totally would recommend."

"Pool under construction! Email said until May 1. On day of arrival informed extended to the 8th! I had the junior suite w balcony overlooking the pool...ocean view! Saturday morning 8am 7 guys in the pool ...,ruining my balcony experience! No hot water in the shower! Great location but that's about it!"

"They were very accommodating- we got a botttom floor as suggested because we have a little climber. The partial ocean view/ pool view was amazing! The fireplace by the pool was breathtaking facing the ocean sunset! We loved the location, my favorite by far! Beach, stores,shopping, restaurants, we didn't have to drive anywhere for 3 days! The parking is pricey but i guess thats CA for you! Clean rooms, microwave, fridge saved money for food so we just heated up leftovers from restaurants. Pool is heated and plush cumfy seating! Hot tub was so relaxing 😌 pool towels included in room, added bonus! We did have some issues with our room- bathroom door lock and tub drain didn’t work properly but they fixed it same day! TV Remote outdated and never worked right and no streaming apps, just tv but we had a tablet to watch our movie apps. We requested our trash taken out later in the day and some more coffee cups but no one ever came. Over all it was a great experience, hotel and location! Will definitely be back!"

"People outside smoking, drinking all night screens from windows are falling off. Carpets are DISGUSTING. Showered my kids and they walked on the floor i looked at their feet and they were BLACK from all the dirt and gunck on the carpets. Im sure there were spots of blood in the bathroom and on the lamp shade. Clearly patched holes everywhere. Looked like dogs chewed up the bathroom doors. The phone didnt even work. Did not feel safe here that i checked out and booked elsewhere the same day i checked in. "

"This is an old property but newly remodeled. It is across the street from the beach, has on-site parking and a balcony facing the ocean. We'd definitely stay there again."
