"It was terrible experience and had to wait for 1 hour to check in and later the TV did not work. I was told to wait for 10 mins which eventually was 2 hours and when i went down to reception the hotel person had not informed anyone on it and again they had to find alternate room to allocate me. So overall i had to wait for 3+ hours in order to get a proper room."

"Scammers...nothing like the pictures shown. Unhabitable place and expedia cant do anything which is worse. They make property non refundable for a reason...stains everywhere and ripped linens. Upon complaining they tell me i selected maintainance room and i knew about it. Which guest in the world chose maintainance room over a proper guest room.
