It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad.
What Could Be Improved:
There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night).
There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay.
Only one towel and a small thin blanket provided. I know the owner would have provided more if I asked, though.
The wifi frequently disconnected during audio calls with my mom and dad.
The water in the shower frequently switched back and forth between hot and cold every five seconds.
Bedroom floor and bathroom floor could have been cleaner.
What I Liked:
Beautiful view on the balcony.
Owner is very friendly and willing to respond to any needs or requests.
Keys and doors were easy to use.
Clear instructions to find the property.
What Is Out of the Owner's Control:
Tons of dogs in neighbour's houses that bark very loudly and have barking competitions with each other.
Neighbours blare music very loudly unexpectedly at 7 in the morning.
The road is not paved and has tons of potholes and big rocks. Very bumpy ride up and down that road.
This was my sixth trip to the Philippines and I have stayed in all sorts of accommodations over the years. It wasn't my favourite accommodation, but wasn't my least favourite either.
Our experience was unique as the day we arrived Baguio City was under a typhoon and there were many problems around the city with downed trees and power outages. The owner met us at the property and explained the situation, what we needed to know about the facility, and that he would be working to make sure we were safe and had water. We didnt have any power until our last day there. Because we were visiting friends, we stayed anyway. The owner took great care of us! The townhome and bedrooms are nice and perfect for what we needed. The only negative for us was there aren't many walkable restaurants nearby, but you can always walk to the main road and catch a jeep or taxi. I would very much reccomend this place!

1.) You need to be careful during the booking because I booked for a family room, and I declared a couple and 2 kids and paid Php12k for 5 nights. Unfortunately, during the check-in they asked us to pay another P4,000.00 for the 2 kids since it was not covered during the booking. At the end, their rate is expensive for a 2-star hotel. I’d rather pay bit extra to get better accommodation.
2.) Unstable water supply and water pump is noisy that made cause the distraction of your rest/sleep.
3.) Small cockroaches are seen in the restroom.
Very limited on sight parking but good access to jeepney route and taxi service in Baguio is excellent so don’t really need a car.
Staff lives on site and is very helpful.
New building, clean & spacious room. Outdoor cooking area with gas cooktop, cookware, dishes and fridge.
Pillows were very thick and very hard. We used our own travel pillows for comfort. 4 blurry cable channels on a very small TV. Bathroom had a tub and shower and was very clean. The accommodation is not very close to downtown, expect to pay P120 to P150 for taxi, few taxis in the area for a trip back to downtown so travel options are limited to jeepneys. Taxi drivers may have difficulty finding the hotel/residence. The building's water tanks were located just outside our room. The water tanks produced very loud hissing sounds from valves as tanks refilled & pressurized every 20 minutes - the noise lasted almost a minute and a half each cycle. Light sleepers may have difficulty sleeping without ear plugs.
