"Disappointing. Overpriced. The main reason to book this hotel at the price compared to other nearby hotels was use of the pool. We arrived just after 7pm. Reception was closed. None of the listed or posted phone numbers reached anyone to help us. The on-site maintenance man was walking by and stopped to help (he was very helpful). "Although this is a golf resort, non-players are made to feel just as welcome. The restaurant serves great food, (didn’t have breakfast).
Rooms are very spacious as are the shower rooms. There is a mini fridge with complimentary still and sparkling water. Decor is stylish and my ground floor room had a terrace overlooking the pool and lake. Absolutely love this hotel and all the staff are super friendly."
