We hade made our reservation in vain: During check-in we heard animals are not admitted. In the reservation form this was not made sufficiently clear. We cannot decide if this attitude of hostility to pets fits with the general habit of openness one expects from a hotel in Badenweiler. But we would have much appreciated a gesture of help from the Park Hotels reception personal to find a more aninal friendly place in town. Unfortunately no hint, no recommendation was givve. We left the Park Hotel reception with the feeling that not only animals are not welcome at that place but their owners too. We had arrived with the best posible expectations. What awaited us was a humiliating situation - as if we ourselves were guilty of not beeing informend about the hotel's pets politics. So, animal owners keep distance. Travellers who know that the reception is the key element to a hotel experience shoul think twice before booking this place.

Rundum top! Schöne Villa die einem schon beim betreten aus dem Alltag reißt und mit ins letzte Jahrhundert nimmt. Mit allen Annehmlichkeiten der Moderne. Wollten eigentlich in die nahegelegene Therme. Das war aber nicht notwendig. Toller SPA Bereich, hervoragendes Restaurant und aufmerksames Personal.

Super freundliches und gut gelauntes Servicepersonal. Kompliment! Davon können sich die Damen an der Rezeption eine ordentliche Scheibe abschneiden. Die Massagen sind ebenfalls top! Leider funktioniert es mit dem Buchen der Treatments nicht gut. So wurden zwei Mal unsere Massagen sehr kurzfristig abgesagt. Reichhaltiges, frisches und schön angerichtetes Frühstücksbuffet - war sehr lecker! Leider gibt es keinen Whirlpool, was m. E. in einem Spa vorhanden sein sollte.

Wellness im Schwarzwald

Ein wunderschönes Hotel für einen Wellness-Aufenthalt - wir hatten ein super Zimmer, das Essen war top und das ganze Hotel in einem super Zustand. Einzig das Fitness war eine Katastrophe und sollte drastisch verbessert werden (der Gerätepark) 2 von 3 Geräten waren defekt und die Klima genau über dem Trainingsgerät. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Störend war auch die Parkplatzgebühr für 4 Sterne und wir haben für 2 Tage nur 1 Mineral bekommen obwohl Wellness eben auch trinken sein soll. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und schauen ob die Anregungen gefruchtet haben.

Very nice, brand new refurbished hotel

Overall very nice stay, top floor with good view on the Black Forest. Careful for the business travelers that the breakfast only starts at 07:30 which is unusually late... great hotel though :-)
