Good hotel. Restaurant needs a re think

Nice clean hotel. Good room. Just the restaurant (buffet) let it down. Not a lover of buffet and nothing else close but for food

A little out of the way but nice & reasonable

No one at reception when we arrived at 8pm but # to call, he came within a few minutes and was very nice. Room was spacious and clean but felt like the 70s, no mini fridge and we weren’t given wifi password. Dinner ends at 9pm with only a buffet on offer, had seen better days by 8:20 we skipped it. Breakfast was adequate, extra charge for parking even though hotel is in the middle of no where, nothing close by. Spa looked okay we didn’t use it and the bar was lively, rooms very quiet and they accept dogs which is a big bonus for us

Liegt weit weg von allem, auch vom Bahnhof. Taxikosten zum Hotel: 50 Euro! Kaum Restaurants im Ort, dann auch noch sehr unfreundlich.

Hauseigene Parkplätze teuer und schlecht organisiert, Stellplätze viel zu eng, Zustand der Schwimmbäder schlecht, baufällig und schmutzig, sehr lange Laufwege, kein Sichtschutz vom Parkplatz zum Aussenpool, viel totes Holz (Tuja) am Pool, Laute Wirtschaftsbereiche (Küche, Container etc.) vor allem auf der Rückseite.

Rent værelse… dog med udsigt til forladt boligbyggeri. Wellness området… to bassiner…i dårlig stand, dårligt indeklima,meget gammelt og trist… damebruserum ildelugtende. Ikke røgfrit, man må ryge på altanerne hvilket var meget generende. Betaling for parkering ikke ok. Hjemmeside/foto er IKKE i overenstemmelse med virkeligheden og i retvisende. God morgenmad Samlet set slet ikke til 4 stjerner

Das Hotel war sehr schön das Personal freundlich daß Frühstück ausgezeichnet bei der Sauberkeit auf denn Balkon war nicht so sauber, die Zimmer waren sauber im ganzen würde ich die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Perfekte Lage für Erholung

Einfach wunderbar ❗ tolle ruhige Lage, Wellnessbereich ausgezeichnet, 3 genügend groß Sauna, und besonders gut die drei Schwimmbäder❗davon ein Sole Becken mit warmen Wasser. Das gefällt mir am besten. Nur zum empfehlen. Sehr nettes Personal, besonders Herr Dominik, zuvorkommendes Personal in der Rezeption und wenn ihr früher kommen oder ein bißchen länger bleiben möchten - es geht ❗ich war dort schon ein paar mal und ich komme immer wieder gerne zurück....

Mooi hotel maar een veel te kleine douche .was niet te doen... toilet spoelde niet naar behoren en met zijn tweeën op het balkon was praktisch onmogelijk. Jammer want de wellnes van het hotel is super. Het petsoneel het ene uur top het andere uur minder lig er maar net aan wie je tref.

Zimmer und Wellnessbereich waren ok. Abends war die Restaurantbesitzer viel zu voll und die Gäste saßen viel zu eng. Überhaupt keine Hygienemassnahmen.

Das Hotel war insgesamt ok. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, war die Hotelbar. Abends war sie sehr voll und die derzeitigen Corona regeln wie Abstand oder Mundschutz wurden überhaupt nicht beachtet. Wir gingen sofort rückwärts hinaus.

Einmal genügt!

Man spürt deutlich, dass man lediglich ein durchlaufender Posten, nicht aber Gast in einem 4*Hotel, ist. Ablauf Dusche war verstopft (und das offensichtlich bereits länger - hätte beim sauber machen längst auffallen müssen) Keinerlei Infos über und rund um das Hotel im Zimmer vorhanden. Gäbe noch mehr, aber dafür ist mir meine Zeit zu schade. Die Rhön hat noch viele andere Angebote.
