The receptionist, Yvonne, was the best I have ever encountered. She was bending over backwards to help, and as I witnessed, not just to me and my disabled wife, but to every guest who came in. This superb help made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast was also very good with a wonderful variety of options.

Awesome family room!

We travel alot and this is the best family room we have ever stayed in! The separate area with the single child bed is amazing! You can pull the curtain across so little ones can go to sleep earlier than the adults. Great design. Car park right underneath so you can get your luggage straight upto the room.

It's the GOP hotel. You pay in advance, which is an indication of their level of trust. Thier services are what you would expect. Enough for the night out.

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Avoid This Hotel

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing due to their unprofessional customer service. We initially made a reservation for the wrong date by mistake. Realizing the error, we rebooked two rooms for the correct date and stayed without issue. However, despite the fact that the original booking was for a completely different date—months away from our actual stay—the hotel refused to engage in any meaningful discussion about a refund for the unused family room. Attempts to clarify the issue were met with silence. The front desk staff gave one version of events in person, but follow-up communication was completely ignored. There was no consistency or willingness to help. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

We let the receptionist know we were gold members. Even with proof she needed Expedia to call in and confirm. Told Expedia we would be receiving perks. Didnt get anything. Room was not clean. There was garbage from former guest. There were lipstick stains on the pillow and when we called the front desk, I was told housekeeping had left. It was only after saying that I wouldn't sleep without a pillow I received one almost 1 hour later. For a fourstar hotel, it doesn't have a safe, no coffee or water kettle in the room. Shampoo and body wash was two in one dispensers. Nothing additional. The room did not cleaned the next day either. This hotel did not meet our expectation of a four star hotel. Only plus was the room size

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt; insbesondere wegen der Hotelmanagerin! Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider alles andere als angenehm. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist mir die Hotelmanagerin, Julia Nocken. Ihre Art im Umgang mit Gästen war unprofessionell und unhöflich. So etwas habe ich in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. Freundlichkeit oder Interesse an ihrer Arbeit sucht man bei ihr vergeblich. Stattdessen reagiert sie patzig und wirkt völlig desinteressiert. Es scheint fast, als würde sich das Hotel darauf ausruhen, dass es in diesem kleinen Ort kaum Alternativen gibt. Schade! denn mit einem besseren Management könnte der Aufenthalt hier deutlich angenehmer sein.
