Sauberes Zimmer und schönes Apartment, der Check-In war allerdings nicht gut organisiert. Ich hatte im Voraus extra nach einer Ankunft nach 16 Uhr gefragt und mir wurde versichert, dass mir der Schlüsselcode zugeschickt wird. Das geschah leider nicht, auf die erneute Nachfrage am selben Tag wurde nicht mehr reagiert und vor Ort warteten wir dann vor der Tür im Regen bis jemand nach einiger Zeit zurückrief. Es kann immer mal etwas nicht funktionieren oder vergessen werden, aber zumindest eine Entschuldigung wäre nett. Am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption angesprochen war die Reaktion auch eher Verteidigungsmodus und keinerlei Eingeständnis eines Versäumnisses.

Feine Suite über den Dächern von Bad Harzburg. Gute Betten, sehr geräumige Zimmer, beste Ausstattung. WLAN zuverlässig. Der Aufzug war (im Zimmer) etwas zu intensiv zu hören.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in Bad Harzburg verbracht und waren sowohl vom Hotel als auch von der Kurstadt selbst positiv überrascht. Einzig schade war, dass das Hotelrestaurant und die Hotelbar abends geschlossen war. Dafür haben wir aber ein super Frühstück genossen und mit dem Glas Sekt am Morgen angestoßen. Lieben Dank auch nochmal an unseren tollen Kellner. Wir können es nur empfehlen!
