"It's located in a calm and safe neighborhood close to the city center. The attention of the girl even if it's always by texts is super good. She is attentive to your needs and she gives really good advices. The room is small but if you go there just to sleep is perfect (no place for remote working inside)."

"I stayed here for a few nights as a last minute booking after needing to leave my previous accomodation. Flexible check in, which was nice--just get the key out of the lockbox and let yourself in. Room was clean and had everything one would need. There is a kitchen and a washing machine with a place to line dry clothes outside, which is great since there are very few laundromats near the old town of Split. However, there are a few things that should be improved: 1.) The front blinds are broken...

You have a port right next to it, you can walk and play tennis, the beach is so beautiful. They even have a restaurant and music, big screens like a movie theater. "When I booked this I had no idea that it was in a residential towerblock on the 10th floor. It stated in the wording Guest House with no lift. It did not state it was in a rundown towerblock I felt unsafe going up at night with sprawling graffiti on the outside and an area of dried grass described as a garden. Inside looked like the photos - contemporary but it actually is an apartment converted into 2 x rooms with bathroom. Bathroom is already starting to show poor workmanship with silicone...
