Really disappointed… advertising is NOT accurate at all… huge Americana cockroaches in the room, mouse faeces along the window ledge, 1 bar soap, dusty cupboards and bedside units, refrigerator did not work, had to plug the kettle in behind the TV on the floor, chipped and dirty coffee cups, no functioning kitchen for the hotel so no food… no breakfast, no room service, pool area looked amazing but dirty ashtrays and dirty pool water. Staff never greeted us or smiled except for the staff member that asked us to leave the pool area just before 10pm

Kein Frühstück verfügbar! Für uns aber kein Problem..Die Zimmer relativ gross, sauber. Personal nett. Klimaanlage gut einstellbar. Die Hotel leiden noch ein bisschen wegen Covid Problem. Preis Leistung okay. Standort für uns gut. Zu Fuss City Mall erreichbar in 3 Minuten. Ein bisschen Nachtleben, Restuarants noch in der Nähe.. Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl die Fenster strassenseitig (Richtung Nachtleben) waren. Ist im süden von der Stadt.. Zur Hauptstrasse wo der Ceres fährt eben auch die 3 Minuten. 24h Laden in 1 Minute erreichbar. Wasserkocher im Zimmer

Nice stay. Neighborhood is good during the day. Iffy at night, but we felt safe in the hotel. Tourism has not yet made it back, so services may be sparse at times.

This hotel is located in an area that's full of strip clubs and bars, as well as street walkers making this place more suitable for single male guest, not guest with families. Overall this property is nice and clean outside the rooms, however, inside the rooms the shower curtain was full of mildew, and the bed sheets and towels are out dated. The Wi-Fi is also incredibly slow and unreliable. Nevertheless I would stay here again for its location and overall cleanliness.

I loved staying at this Hotel no doubt this was the place to stay before new airport open. I felt like I was home my whole stay Staff was amazing will stay here over any other in the area absolutely loved stay

Not happy with most of the food we ordered in the restaurant. We had an ant problem in our room, ant trail led from window frame to wall mounted bed head. When asked to spray I was advised that if I did not have food in the room they would not be a problem

Don't stay here

Hotel is right next door to a bar that played loud music until 5 am. Staff just smiled when I said that I had no sleep. Staff seemed really disinterested. Couldn't even make a burger in the kitchen.

great place to stay

kundutel has a great smoking area located at the pool near the hotel lobby. the waiters don't normally accommodate unless you hunt them down for help, but once they know you are ready to order, they are very hospitable.

The staff is nice and the room was comfortable but it was ants everywhere (bathroom, bed, table...) and we can see it's an old hotel (wall not clean, door with termites...) At night there is a club just next to the hotel and we have free music with people who speak loudly.
