Establishment should be removed from hotels.com

From the moment that we arrived there was no assistance with baggage and waited 20 minutes for front desk staff to check is in. This was a clear sign of what was to come but, oh it gets better. Reserving the family suite was disappointing as well. 2 single mattresses put together to make a queen bed is actually smaller than a double bed and extra mattresses were P800 each. The bathroom was small and no hot water is available. In the description it states there's a restaurant on site (misleading). This hotel is a money pit and definitely to be avoided.

It was more a resort, so for those interested in the outdoor style with waterpark; you have a good pick with this place. Nearby shopping and restaurants plus transportation makes it convenient.

Caribbean resort is fun place, there’s a sm supermart place right across the resort where they have all stores, printing place, Jollibee pharmacy, red ribbon and money exchange service inside.

The place although needs some upgrades, but it is clean, safe and the pools were great. Our nieces and nephew enjoyed their time in the pool. The hotel is easy to locate and the service was excellent. We would consider booking our stay anytime we’re in the area.

Der Wasserpark ist sehr schön und wird täglich gereinigt. Das hotel ist für Philippinische Verhältnisse sauber. Einkaufs Mall direkt gegenüber um sich mit allem nötigen einzudecken.

Overall a great experience, The water park has many things for the children as well as for the adults to do. My only complaint is that we asked for hot water to make Coffee at 8 am, We Chechen out at 11:45 and had not received the hot water for our coffee

January vacation

I found this location online and booked a room for 2 days. The waterpark is really incredible. There are many things to do for all of the family. Nearby several restaurants and a shopping center. We purchased food and cooked it on the BBQ at the waterpark. So many pools to jump into and a little river to float on inner tubes.I really enjoyed the waterslides and the swimming. Due to renovations the main pool was not open and it has the largest waterslides. I will try to come again and stay longer. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Not the ideal setting

Paid for a 5 day stay probably only stayed for 5 hours, the noise when we turned up was deafing being a water park and Sunday the place was packed (but we thought we would give it a chance) the room was extremely dated the bathroom was old dirty and mouldy and the toilet didn't flush and when the light was turned on the roaches scurried down the drain, outside we encountered several large rats so after some quick research found another hotel 5 minutes away! This place just wasn't for us!

Gut gelegen mit einfachem Standard und akzeptablem

Da mitten in einem gut angelegtem Park mit verschiedenen Bademöglichkeiten, tagsüber recht laut. Bei Anreise zu beachten, Repzeption von 22:00 bis 8:00 geschlossen. Nur während dieser Zeit besteht die Möglichkeit zum Getränkeeinkauf an einem Kiosk. Restaurants und Geldautomat befinden sich in unmttelbarer Umgebung.

プールと値段が安い事が取柄かな

1階の部屋は蟻、蜘蛛、ゴキブリがいた（2部屋とも）。 温水シャワー、毎日のベットメイキングはあり。 セキュリティボックスはバッテリー切れで使えない。 ホテル内に飲料を持ち込む場合はPHP20/本が必要、プール横のストアーで買う方が安くなる。

큰 수영장이 있는 리조트를 찾았던터라 방문을 했습니다만, 시설이 많이 낙후합니다. 그리고 숙박 손님은 거의 없는듯하여 밤에는 굉장히 조용했습니다만 낮에는 리조트에 놀러오는 단체 손님들이 많아서 많이 시끄럽습니다. 제일 불만족스러운 부분은 wifi가 있긴 합니다만 이용이 거의 불가능했던것, 그리고 샤워기가 고장나서 뜨거운 물이 안 나왔던 부분입니다. 날씨가 많이 더워서 그나마 다행이었던거 같네요. 아 그리고 개미가 참 많았습니다....;;
