"The apartment was in a complete state of disrepair, the flooring had gaps and had clear signs of water damage. It was obvious that people had smoked in the bathroom, cigarette burns were all around the sink. The shower door handle was held on by tape. Cupboards had broken handles or the doors were broken. Wall paper was peeling in the living area and ripped in the main bedroom. The sofa and chair cushions were stained. One light in the kitchen area was held in by tape. Broken chair on the...

"It was an Ok stay for the place. But the procedure and communication was terrible. When we booked via hotels.com, we were not expecting that we will be communicating with a third party application (Travelio). The procedure was a bit complicated, we need to have the travelio app, we need to communicate (with the room boy/ reception) via Whatsapp as well, then deposit and other things were just more complicated than booking a hotel. Moreover, we had a bad wifi in the 1st day, we need to get...

ibis Bandung Trans Studio

8/10 Good

"The room is small, but overall it was quite clean. However, there were several issues during my stay: * There are only a few elevators, and they are often very crowded, making it difficult to go up and down. * Although I stayed in a non-smoking room, there was a very strong cigarette smell in the room, which was quite unpleasant. * The air conditioning could not be properly adjusted. It seemed that there was a problem with the control knob. * The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, making it inconvenient to use the shower. Hopefully, these issues can be improved for future guests."

Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago

10/10 Excellent

"Location of hotel…..most things are close by such as the cultural museum, bandros trolley (love this!) shopping etc etc Breakfast variety was awesome. And was so happy that there’s a barista for coffee. Staff at Momo Cafe was very helpful..shout out to Den Rohman who introduced us to “bandrek” …he even prepared us a sugarless version. Den Rohman also informed us where we could buy Tapai and would get it for us if we couldn’t find it… Momo Cafe : Ms Lutfiana -Lovely young staff who was so helpful with our queries and very informative about the food available at the cafe. And AFIFAH….helped us with ride hailing services, shopping areas, restaurants, where we could get reflexology, etc…. A totally amazing kindhearted super dedicated person. A good stay at the hotel with staff who made it better!!"
