"The facility was good but the hotel manager kept on denying that the reservation was made through Expedia till the check out. Had to spend lot of time explaining him. He also seem not satisfied by seeing the booking confirmation number and kept on asking for booking id which I couldn’t figure out what was."

The hotel was almost empty and the rooms were ready, yet the staff insisted on charging the full early check-in fee.
