The very short walk to the magnificent beach made it and look forward to going there again one day. We didn’t have a scooter but it is essential for getting around there which they do hire out ! Easy walk to Queen Ran Pier, restaurants, beach, full moon party etc. AC was effective. Good breakfast buffet that was included in room rate. "

"We booked Aaliyah garden resort a week before travelling after a cancellation from Expedia for our original hotel! As accommodation during full moon gets booked up so far in advance, we just booked whatever we could find. We were a little apprehensive but on arrival all that changed. The bungalows are so cute, yes they are basic but have everything you need - including little toiletries in the shower! The best thing about staying here is definitely the staff, Aaliyah - the lady that owns it...

Only minor negative points - lots of mini ants in the room (can't do much though with how the door slides), pool could have been cleaned better, and the single beds are very single... Above all the hostel manager was amazing! Super helpful and friendly. The dorm room was well maintained and very clean. I had a great time staying here!!"
