We didn't realize that it was geared at people with dogs and some were barking a bit & running around the courtyard but it was overall pretty quiet and also only a few blocks from the beach which was nice to walk on in the morning. The location is on the quieter side of the station, so there are fewer restaurants right outside, but a convenience store is nearby for anything you need.
