Slice of paradise on the Aegean Sea

A friend and her daughter and I stayed here for 4 days. We walked all over the island, enjoyed the lux beach facility accessible to guests for free and did a day trip to Bergama. Easy drive from Istanbul. Great restaurants and shops. I'm a Turkish speaker, so it was easy for me, but this is mostly a vacation spot for Turks, so English is not so common. Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. Lovely poolside breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Cunda.

First time in my life I couldn’t point finger at anything at the hotel I stayed. Wow. Beautiful,clean COMFORTABLE room. Most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever lay on it and I LOVED how clean (spotless) everything was. I would definitely stay here again I must add rooms are small. But didn’t bother me

Otelin genel atmosferi güzel, kahvaltı lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar tatlı, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Temizlikten de memnun kaldık, odalar düzenli ve hijyenikti. Sabah erken geldiğimizde kahvaltı dahil olmadığı söylendi (ki teknik olarak doğru), ancak kişi başı fiyat yüksekti.(kişi başı 600 TL) Ücreti dahilinde kahvaltı yapacak olsak bile kahvaltı sırasında masaların doluluğu gerekçe gösterilerek erken yememiz rica edildi. Bu nazikçe ifade edilse de, biraz acele ettirilmiş gibi hissettik. Otelin genel hizmet yaklaşımı biraz fazla “kural odaklı” göründü. Otelin kendi beach’i olması avantaj gibi görünse de, erişimi kolay değil. Yürünebilir bir yol bulunmuyor, toplu taşıma sınırlı ve taksiler kısa mesafe olmasına rağmen sabit 200 TL alıyor. 4 gece konakladık ve her gün sabah-akşam taksi kullandık; bu da ciddi bir ek maliyet oluşturdu. Otelin beach’e kısa mesafede düzenli bir servis sunmasını beklerdim. Genel olarak konforlu bir oteldi, ancak küçük detaylar misafir deneyimini etkiliyor. Daha ulaşılabilir hizmet ve misafirperverlik odaklı yaklaşımla çok daha keyifli olabilirdi.

Konakladığım en temiz oteldi. Muhteşem bir kahvaltı hizmeti vardı. Sakinliği, huzuru ev konforu sağlıyordu. Bar çalışanlarının ilgi alakası ve kibarlığına değinmeden de olmaz. Koray Bey ve diğer arkadaşın emeklerine ellerine sağlık. Çalışanlar o kadar ince ve titiz temizlik yapıyorlardı ki.... 10 yıldız üzeri olsa değer temizliğine... Konaklamamız genel olarak çok iyiydi. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı ve özellikle kahvaltısı son derece güzeldi. Çalışanlar da son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Bir tek eksi sayabileceğim şey odanın dışından gelen sesleri odadan duyabiliyorduk çok sesli bir otel olmasada belirtmekte fayda var.

Memnun kaldık

Genel olarak her şey iyiydi, eşyalar bakımlı ve temizdi. Kahvaltı güzel ancak biraz daha çeşitlilik olabilirdi. Bir de kahvaltı havuz başında olduğu için havuzu saat 12 den önce kullanamıyorsunuz. Giriş saatinin 15.00 olması sıkıntı, odayı kısa süre kullanabiliyorsunuz. Neyse ki bu defalık odamız erken boşaldı ve temizliğine öncelik verip bizim girmemizi sağladılar (resepsiyondaki İkbal hanım sağolsun güleryüzlü ve yardımsever yaklaşımıyla çözdü) ancak Cunda’daki butik otellerin çoğu giriş saati böyle ileriye ötelemiş hiç cazip değil. Plaja biraz yürüme mesafesi var ve aracınız yoksa dolmuş sık geçmiyor, kaldırım olmayan bir yerden yürüyorsunuz. Yeni açıldığı için plaj harika, denizi ve yemekleri çol güzel. Plajdaki yiyecek içecek fiyatları piyasa ile aynı diyebiliriz. Havuza açılan balkonlu bir odada kaldık, çok keyifliydi. Yine gitsem yine kalırım, bazı detayları bilgi amaçlı paylaştım :)

Tuvalet musluğu kırıktı ve o geceki görevli otel yetkilisine bunu bildirdiğimde aldığım yanıt, “sistemsel” oldu ve sorun çözülmedi. Musluk her elime aldığımda düştü ve tekrar taktım. Butik otel mantığı daha az insan daha kaliteli hizmet olmasına karşın istediğimizi bulamadık. Odamızın yanındaki diğer odada ve üst katımızdaki diğer odada alınan nefesi bile duyabildik ne yazık. Fiyat performans noktasında beklentimizi karşılamadı.

Otel çok temiz, konforlu ve kalınabilecek en güzel yerlerden biri. Yemek yemek isterseniz kesinlikle şehir merkezindeki restoranları tercih etmelisiniz. Akşam yemeği için o kadar para verip bu kadar vasat yemek yiyeceğimi düşünmezdim. Otel restoran yemekleri için malesef iyi yorum yapamayacağım.

10/10 bir otel deneyimiydi bizim icin. Kahvaltilari her gun cok lezzetli, calisanlari birbirinden tatli ve ilgili, evimizde gibi rahat hissettigimiz, temiz ve ozenli hizmet saglayan bir otel. Cunda carsida konaklamak istemeyenler tercih edebilir 15dklik bir yurume mesafesi var. Otelin dekorasyonuna ve havasina ayri bayildik. Sadece havuzu bir tik kucuk ama butik bir otel icin yeterli. Huzurlu bir konaklama isteyenlere tavsiye ediyorumm.
