The breakfast is fabulous lots to choose from . Hotel presented beautifully. Accomodating staff . Rooms spacious and clean . A little old but good value for money and in a great spot . Good for parking .

The location and parking was good. The facility is old and has stairs difficult it handicap. We had a nasty experience with AC making loud noise at night and leaking water. They fixed it quickly after I had to go down the stairs to complain. The room had no amenities, no phones and doors don’t close properly including bathroom and cupboards. It a basic small rooms The breakfast area is gorgeous and very friendly staff.

I liked the location, its by the sea with nice views; walking distance to the new shopping center by the sea and the center. Staff were nice, didnt speak english so not much communication. I hated aome terrible smell that came in one day frim the outside, bot sure what it waa but it was jmpssible to stay in the room The door handle in the bathroom was broken, so i couldnt close the door. The shower needs to be replaced.

Booker two rooms which comfortably accommodated our family of six. Stunning views of the sea. The bed was comfy and the shower nice and hot. Standard kahvaltı options were available and delicious. The hotel was fairly close to the old town which was lovely to walk around. There weren't any nice beaches nearby however. The slight issue is that we have to cross the busy main road from parking to the hotel which can be abit daunting with three small kids. Otherwise pleasant stay.

Service 0 accept the receptionist who gave us the key. Location very dangerous to stop and to park the car just in front on the main road (directly). In the room not even a chair to sit -very noisy on the top of the room (disco/ party on the rooftop)-you hear all the air conditioning outside -very poor isolation- dibble bed too small (almost a 1 person bed) - from the lobby to the rooms all labyrinth with steps you don’t know how to get your luggage - no facilities for handicap people or problems with knees. The air conditioning blows directly on your head ( pray not to be ill). We advice this hotel to nobody. Thank you for reading.

Nice reception / lobby area but rooms are not the same. Standard of rooms are very poor and in need of modernisation. Also, no telephone, no tea / coffee or safe box in rooms - restaurant doesn't open until 8am so for early risers that need an early coffee fix this isn't the hotel for you. I was checked into a room with a broken balcony door that would not lock. I had to raise my concern 3 times before they offered me another room. The lifts in the hotel was also broken so I had to walk up / down 3 flights of stairs and the bell boy had to carry my suit case up these stairs! The breakfast was ok - very basic. Restaurant attendant was rude and arrogant to me and other elderly guests. I wouldn't go back - it was a poor experience.

Never ever again!!!! The hotel stuff gave my medication to another guest. This mediaction costs over 1000€, which is for rheumatism. Unorganized and unresponsible. They even didn't apoligized for it. The dissapoitment began at the check-in. The hotel stuff gave us just the key for the room and didn't explain anything about the breakfast hours and place or WiFi. We stayed two nights their and they also didn't cleaned our room. As we explained our problem, they responded us in an unfriendly way, that we have to go to the reception and tell them extra to clean the room. Do not go to this hotel if you want to have a calm vacation.

Odanın içinde sürekli sinekler vardı balkon kapısı kapalı olduğu halde nerden geldiğini bir türlü bulamadık.yatakta bile sineğe benzer birşeyler vardı kaşındık durduk.yatak kenarlarını falan betondan yapmışlar.odayı iyice küçültmüşler valizlerimizi doğru düzgün açamadık.sabah erken çıkacağımız için kahvaltı saatini kullanamadık.sandviç yapabileceklerini söylediler saolsunlar ama içine konan domates geceden hazırlanıp bırakılmıştı sanıyorum.beklemiş kokuyordu resmen ekmek domates suyundan dolayı ıslaktı yiyemedik.en önemlisi ben rezervasyon yaptırırken deniz manzaralı olarak satın aldım.çünkü öyle yazıyordu.ama malesef kısmi deniz manzaları yandan gören bir oda vermişler.pişman oldum oteli seçtiğime.

Gece çalışan personelin otelcilik ve turizm ile ilgili en ufak bir bilgisi yok. Ayvalıkta evimizde çıkan sorun dolayısıyla gece geç saatte otele gitmek zorunda kaldı).Otele girdim ve uygulamadan o anda rezervasyon yaptım oda satın aldım. Personelin önünde üstelik ve bana odamız kalmadı dedi.ben uygulamadan aldığımı söylüyorum müsaitlik verdiğini söylüyorum bana oda yok diyor. Sonunda uzun TARTIŞMALAR (konuşamadık çünkü) sonunda nasıl olduysa bize oda verdi. Otelin en kötü odası olduğunu tahmin ettiğim 90’lı yıllardan kalma bir odaydı. Otel yönetimine yazmama rağmen en ufak bir dönüş yapılmadı. Sosyal medyada konuşmayı bilen ama otelcilikle alakaları olmayan, yerine kanıp gitmemenizi önerdiğim bir otel.

Çok kötüydü..Odalar mefruşatı eski.. Verdikleri ilk odada jeneratör yanında,gürültüden rahatsız olup odayı değiştirdik..Bu sefer yeni odada klima çalışmıyordu . Bütün gece soğukta yattık.. Bundan sonra bu otel ve Ayvalık hotellerinde kalmayı düşünüyoruz.. Bugün Kuşadasına geldik aradaki farkı gördük.. Ayvalık oteli için bana bundan sonraki rezervasyonlarım için bir ödül vermenizi bekliyorum. Kötü ve soğuk bir gece alacağım var sizden !! İlgilenen olursa sevinirim 🙏
