Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir anfangs das Hotel nicht gefunden haben, wurden wir direkt nach einem Anruf abgeholt und freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück hat alles was man benötigt um satt zu werden. :)

İlk defa bir rezervasyonumla alakalı olumsuz görüşlerimi yazıyorum. Odayla alakalı rezervasyon yaparken hem odanın fotoğraflarında gözüken hem de özelliklerde yazan teras benim odamda yoktu ve bunla ilgili yetkiliyle görüştüğümde 2 odada olduğunu diğer odalarda teras olmadığını söyledi. Bu saçmalığın üstüne yine opsiyonlarda yazan havuzun da kullanılamaz seviyede pis olduğunu gördüm. Yine oda özelliklerinde yazan kahvaltıyla alakalı hiçbir yetkili bilgi vermedi.
