"This is an old hotel with majorly in need of upgrades. The staff was nice, but the hotel was not in great shape. Ive stayed at subpar Super 8 properties before but they were all MUCH cheaper than this one. Thus place offered Motel 6 quality at Comfort Inn prices. Definitely not a good value for your money. I cannot recommend due to the poor value for what you pay."
"I was told that the bartender would have all the information because we came in late. We get there and no bartender. We called and waited for them to call back. I had left messages. 45 minutes later we finally got a call back with codes to get into the room. There was a slope in the floor and is very unsafe when trying to go to the restroom especially if your handicapped. Also on the slope its not noted. The bed frame stood out more than the mattress. Hit the shin a few times. One of the blinds were broken and it was hard to see outside on one of the window. Oh and nobody told us how to lock the door so all day I didn't realize our door was unlocked all day. Also you are one block away from the train tracks. The place looked great but it definitely is not for me and my husband. The only good thing is that it had an elevator."
"The room was clean, the bathroom had used toilet paper in the toilet. The shower had no pressure and after one shower, minimal hot water. There was a humming noise throughout the night and finally figured out that was the refrigerator. And the smell of weed as soon as we got there in the inside hallway."
