"Just returned from a fabulous stay at the Romance Hotel, perfect location, everything is within walking distance, comfortable, spacious room, good breakfast, but the best thing was the staff who could not have been nicer - just really lovely people (especially the dark haired waitress who managed breakfast, sorry, never got a name). Oh and, a lovely spa in the basement too!"

"Absolut nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Hotel liegt super zentral und die Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung, sauber und immer top gepflegt. Der Hamam Bereich und der Pool sind nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing optimal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend. Top war auch der nachmittags angebotene Cay und die Sesamringe im Aufenthaltsraum. Insgesamt top .... besonderes Lob an das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. DANKE"

"Front desk manager pushed too hard for reviews. It started upon check in. On the second night, we were enjoying a drink in the lobby and the front desk manager (owner maybe) asked me to leave a review on trip advisor. When I didn’t have the app he downloaded it on my phone and gave the hotel 5 stars on everything across the board. Then asked that I copy and paste my texts to a Google review. When I didn’t know my Google sign in, he suggested the “forgot password” button and did the same thing in...

"Its location was good and room was very clean. We got a little push back when we asked for another toilet paper, but it was resolved. Had to advance order for breakfast so we missed our window .Good directions to grand bazaar but wasn't told their were many tea shops 4 blocks away? so that info would have been helpful.Hotel on a busy street , so a little noisy but close the windows.We weren't told that when you turn off the lights ,electricity in the room turns off. So you can't charge phones...
