"We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

"We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City."
"Everything was excellent but I have some comments:
1- there was sewer smell in the bathroom a couple of times. Once, quite strong
2- one of the days of my stay I did not get the hand towels nor the face towels
3- when I got the room the first day, the room had been sprayed with a strong fragrance. It’s like a “green fig” scent. Not unpleasant but I could see people disliking it. But, it did leave oily spots on the floor and the wood floors and bathroom tiles were quite slippery. I almost...
