"Mediocre breakfast. Some sort of egg pies. (Not good all, taste or texture). Hashbrowns were not appealing. Bacon was okay. Pastries not much of a selection (breads etc). No bagels. No waffle bar. Room okay for everything we needed. Bathroom was clean. Doors very noisy. Need more elevators for sure. Overall, the hotel definitely needs an upgrade. "

"For $300 a night no breakfast pool is small and cold. No hot tub. And the rooms and beds are extremely small. You have to go to the 2nd floor for ice "

"Based on the level of interaction with the check-in front desk agent they’re better off just doing self check-in with AI. He did not speak at all and was completely incompetent. Absolutely an atrocious experience. Rooms are dated and sparse and amenities are non existent. Breakfast was nothing special but it you manage to get there when it’s fresh consider that your win for the day. "

"The hotel room itself was lovely: spacious - we had a Superior King - and clean. The rest of the experience was mildly annoying. We changed our travel plans so I had called the hotel to let them know we’d be arriving a day later than our booked check-in date. When we arrived, there was no message on our file that I’d called so she couldn’t find our reservation at first. Out of the 3 elevators, one was out of order when we arrived and 2 were out of order on the Sunday so it made checking out/leaving with our gear much more annoying. The breakfast in the Garden Cafe was very ordinary with slow inattentive wait staff."

"The only complaint I have is the parking facilities and the breakfast in the morning by the time we got for breakfast there’s only a couple of muffins and orange and apple. I think there should be a little bit more fruit. A bigger selection would be nice other than that what a wonderful stay"
