After reserving a two night stay, waking up after the first night, the house cook/maid informed us “we missed breakfast” and that we were “late for check out”, upon which we said we had booked 2 nights. She said you better talk to Shawn (the manager, pretty sure her son). He said he “forgot” he had some “inspection” that day “they were selling the property” and we had to leave. (He wouldn’t charge us)… As we were packing up, a group from Florida pulled in that he talked to and got to leave while he worked on finding us another place. He told us about this other place, but did not make reservations, it was a lot more expensive. He also changed his story several times about why we had to leave. Upon reviewing Yelp, we found he has done this to many other people before in the past! Very unprofessional business on his part! Do not list this place in the future!!!

The location, the interior design, the view, and the personality of the wonderful people helping us at the home were all wonderful! The most effective aspect of our stay, given the great location, was the hospitality of our hosts! The accommodating nature of the morning breakfast, and the consideration of the hosts made our stay fantastic! We were right at Home and impressed!

We ended up leaving. Nobody greeted us. It was empty and very uncomfortable. It was an old house and the cleanliness was questionable. Our bathroom did not have a door. Safety seemed to be an issue, as people could come and go into rooms as they pleased...so no security. I paid close to 170 for a tiny little room, basically in the attic. The only positive was the view of the lake and the infinity pool

The views were amazing. Eva took great care of us. We stayed in the top floor. Views of the lake on one side and the hill country out back. Very beautiful.

Nothing that I like except for the fact that it is near the Oasis. The accomodation and amenities is far from most boutique and bed bed and breakfast that we have been to. The house is old and thats fine but everything in it are old, including the smell of musty and very old carpets. The sheets, the pillows and the pillow cases are also old, the white isnt white anymore, I would even be embarrassed to make my guests sleep on, much more, pay for an accomodation that is not cheap at all. I am not recommending this place to anyone. At 200 dollars per night, i expect an impeccable white sheets, comfortable pillows and not old, super used throw pillows, a mini fridge and a microwave inside the room. And a renovated and updated house with proper parking.

This is such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The view is spectacular from any side of the house, the room was very comfortable and had everything you need, breakfast was really good too. The staff were so helpful and attentive. It is a very cozy place. We will definitely be staying there again.

The view is absolutely amazing. Eva our host was very friendly. The place is not a big hotel, so you get a bit more home like feeling. It is very cIose to Lake Travis Oasis which has restaurants and activities. I will recommend anyone to stay here.

I loved the property, even thou i didnt get my penthouse because itcwas over booked. I totally loved the tuscany suite i got..had a beautiful view, the office space was enormous with a panoramic view. Had a balcony. I just loved it overall everything. This beautiful bread and breakfast has the most amazing views of the Lake! We stayed in the penthouse and just sat and watched the sunsets. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was amazing!

The property was really nice! It provided a very beautiful view and we enjoyed our stay. I wish the check in process was explained prior to arriving. The host were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. My husband and I enjoyed it very much.

It was beautiful! I would definitely go back. I stayed in the Himalaya Room. Even though there were other people staying there, it felt very private. The breakfast was delicious and the view was spectacular!
