The location of this property is quite convenient if you have business on UT campus.
The room was disappointing though for the following reasons: the smoke detector had been ripped out of the wall, there was a very noticeable rip in the (dirty) carpet, the bathroom wall had writing on it, the toilet's flush lever chain was too long so the tank would perpetually fill until you opened it up to manually adjust it, and the whole room smelled a bit musty. My room wasn't nice, but the linens were clean.
The breakfast was small (i.e., yogurt, a few bread items, two cereals, microwavable oatmeal packs, and coffee; apples and oranges were there my second morning), but welcome.
