"The guy who was at reception on the day we arrived was nice and also the lady in the morning. But room is quite small for 3 person. The bed sheet was dirty if you see well."

"The place was going through a major remodel. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage or require space, be aware the place is super small. Think closet type and hallways are small, etc. We were there for just one night so we only had backpacks which worked well. The location is great."

"Stayed there for a wedding. The room didn’t feel clean when I came in. The bathroom floor was wet. I found hair in the room that want mine. There was no complimentary water bottle on the first day (it was there on the second day) and the windows didn’t open on the warmest days. The grounds are beautiful but also service was a bit slow as there were many wedding parties and guests."

"Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. "Ideal if you have an early morning flight from Bristol airport. Ours was 06.00 so we were up at 03.30 for the short walk across to the terminal building. We used the Easyjet Twilight Bag Drop facility the night before our flight - which was a big help because the airport was "heaving" at 04.00 !! So we walked straight through to SECURITY in the morning.
