Not too happy

I booked it when I saw a picture of the pool. It costs 15 euros to use. It is a disorganized layout, and when I checked in, ended up schlepping my stuff all over looking for check in. The sauna, I never saw, but I believe it is there. Never saw the pool either. Couldn't find either and didn't get much help in that regard. It seemed very artsy in a good way, just the service and policies left me bitter. If you do book here, there is free parking in front of the b and b hotel next street over...on the street.

Reception was bad. You have to pay extra for parking. You have to pay extra for swimming pool and sauna. You have to pay extra for breakfast 19.95 euro. Room is dirty. Walls needs surely a new painting. Very old room. Would not book again there.

Wer kein Komfortzimmer bucht, darf den Pool nicht nutzen. Bei der Buchung stand da Hotel mit Pool. Frühstück kostet 20 Euro. Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße. Um acht Uhr wird man vom Reinigungspersonal geweckt. Merkwürdige Dekoration. Nichts passt zusammen. Gartenzwerge und Putten. Als Toilettenartikel gab es nur Seife. Statt wasser im Zimmer gab es leere Glasflaschen und den Hinweis, diese am Wasserhahn aufzufüllen. Vier Sterne finde ich stark übertrieben.

Okay, aber für die Leistung 30-40% zu teuer.

Blenderhotel an Augsburger Einfall-/Hauptverkehrsstraße, Alpenhöhe sind nur die Preise. Simple vereinigte Hüttenwerke aus Plattenbauten mit lautem Zimmer. Wer auf 70er-/80er-Design mit simpel-billigem Update plus massenhaft sinnlosem Tand & Trödel seht, wird sich sehr wohlfühlen. Pseudofreundlicher Check-In mit Vorkasse & Service analog 80er inklusive. Frühstück gut, aber teuer, an 80er Kantinengroßtischen. Einmal und nie wieder.

Etwas „irreführend“

Ich hatte das Hotel insbesondere deswegen ausgesucht, weil es einen Pool besitzt. Die Nutzung dieses Pools wird jedoch gesondert bepreist. Inklusive sei dies nur bei den Luxus-Varianten, also hochpreisigen Zimmern. Ich halte diese Vorgehensweise durchaus für legitim. Dies wäre aber zumindest anzugeben.

Das Hotel liegt etwas weiter außerhalb von Augsburg in einem Industrieviertel. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet, aber leider hat das Zimmer etwas komisch gerochen. Außerdem sind die Wände sehr hellhörig. Das Schwimmbad war dafür sehr schön und konnte schon morgens ab 7Uhr genutzt werden.

Unfreundliche Rezeption Mitarbeiterin

Leider habe ich ein sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption getroffen. Sie wirkte genervt und hat nicht mal übers Hotel wo was ist erklärt. Zimmer war sehr kalt da die Heizung nicht funktionierte.

Pas aux attendus : Pas de clim dans la chambre, juste la fenêtre ouverte en plein centre donc à choisir entre bruyance et éclairage public toute la nuit ou un petit peu d'air. Wellness cité comme un point fort dans la présentation mais non accessible parceque soit disant non-inclus dans le prix de la chambre pourtant la 4ème fois que j'y vais sans soucis les fois précédentes. A la décharge de l'hôtel sur hotel.com, aucune information à ce sujet et le SAV n'a même pas su me répondre si c'était inclus ou non !!! Désolant, hotel.com ne sait pas ce qu'il vend !!!

Ich würde dort auf jeden Fall nicht mehr Urlaub machen hat mir nicht so gut ge fallen da morgens das Schwimmbad 6 Euro kostet und nach 17 Uhr 15 Euro da bucht Mann etwas schönes und dann noch nicht mal nutzbar das noch nicht mal ein Tee heiß Kocher nach 3 Tage erst mal kaffe kochen es war nicht so schön
