We stayed four nights and loved everything about this hotel, the staff were very helpful and very nice , the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, I would comeback againg there on my next trip to Augsburg👍

I've stayed at the IBIS here three times now, and was disappointed with the size of the bathrooms in our rooms. They were all about 1 meter by 2 meters. Terrible.

Good location
Good location from the train station. Decent size and clean room, shower is a bit small, but water pressure is great and soap is provided, clean towels, and a hair dryer. There is a bar downstairs with local beers on tap. And they have breakfast thts not included in the price. Staff is helpful. Buses and trams are in walking distance.

This hotel is very close in walking distance to the train station and to the main downtown square of Augsburg. It is a very nice hotel and everything was advertised correctly. The parking garage was only about a minute walk away from the hotel. I will gladly stay here again.

Solid IBIS quality
It is a IBIS, so no surprises here including the" just a little bit too tight" bathroom. Above average COVID measures were much appreciated.

The rooms are much too small considering they are double rooms.the bathroom was very small. I wuld not choose to stay in one of these rooms again.

Clean, quiet hotel in a great location
Quiet and comfortable hotel right next to the main train station. The bathroom was pretty small but all very clean. Good, quick service too.

Quiet but the cleaning service should be improved
The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. But the cleaning service was ill-mannered. A lady opened the room to clean while I was still in the room - I didn't hear the knocking sound and couldn't expect she will come to clean even before 9PM on the day of my departure.

Tiny rooms
The rooms are extremely small. Can hardly fit two people. Unfortunately the halls and rooms had a foul smell in them. We had to open the window to air out - in winter. Won’t be staying there again. To their credit though, the breakfast was nice.

Nice facility but needs climate controls
Great condition, updated and very clean. Probably fine during the spring and fall, but certainly NOT during the summer months. As noted by others, no air conditioning, heat controls or fan make for an uncomfortable time in your room, especially if trying to sleep.

Good location
Our backpack was lost at the hotel, but the staff reacted immediately and did everything they could to solve the problem. Fortunately we had all the valueable belongings with us. Overall we were happy with the service, location and the room.

The only thing that wasn't ideal was that in the morning when I was getting ready for work, one of the receptionists banged on my door saying the fire service had detected smoke in my room and she had to come and check. She realised immediately that there was no smoke (just deodorant) and apologised.

Good location, beds are small.
The hotel was in a good location, close to the train station and the Königsplatz. The room was cold, and the heating didn't work that well, and for me, although I am not a big person, where to small (~80cm).

Great location; modern and clean.
Less than five minutes to the train station. The Ibis Augsburg hotel was very convenient to get into central Munich (and the Oktoberfest grounds). Sparkling clean and very modern with free WiFi included. Many choices for breakfast imcluding warm items like scrambled eggs and bacon. I would stay here again and I would recomend it to anyone.

Good hotel in Augsburg
I just needed a room in which to sleep, so this place was fine for that. It was really hot when I was in Augsburg and this hotel does not have fans or air conditioning. The room did cool down later in the night, but during the day it was uncomfortably warm.

Good exepet an horrible check out staff.
Everything was excellent until the check out time. At morning when we wanted to check out and give back the room key, an staff was inside the bureau and talking with same body. When she saw us, didn't come out and showed unlike. She made a sound -za from her lips. This second delete all my happiness of the staying in this hotel.
