Correct B&B hotel, east side is a bit noisy as it' s close to the tram, but for 1-2 nights it' s a good value/ price ratio.

Nice hotel for overnight stay.

Nice hotel for overnight stay. Approx. 45 minutes from Legoland. Rooms were clean. Lady at reception was very helpful. Check-in was very quick. For finding the hotel I would recommend to use Google maps or Waze as on the hotels.com map is not shown right location.

Our family stayed a week. The room was small. Breakfast was €10 per person per day. However it is a budget hotel so I expect the things above. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure was excellent. Daily maid service. Staff spoke English and Italian. They seemed understaffed and were running around quickly when we needed more towels but it was also breakfast time. I would recommend if you plan on staying in a budget hotel.

It is okay, but not very special

There was no physical check-in and the online check-in did not work. Luckily, the customer support on the phone was very friendly and helped us out, but this did take about 30 min extra late in the evening. The rooms itself are fine, quite basic but all you need. However, my room sadly smelled quite much like cigarette smoke....

Das Hotel war gut erreichbar und hatte gute Anbindungen an die Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG wo die Größe sehr gut war. Allerdings war die Dusche sehr dreckig (als hätte man diese nicht gewaschen) und aufgrund dessen das wir im EG waren konnte jeder Fremde durchs Fenster schauen, was die Privatsphäre etwas gehindert hat und man hat die laute Straßenbahn leider sehr stark im Zimmer gehört wodurch das Schlafen etwas schlechter war.

Bij inchecken om 14:00 smiddags niemand aanwezig. 2 incheck terminals waarvan er 1 niet werkt. Rij van ruim 40 minuten om alle gasten te laten inchecken die allemaal aankomen. Drama. In de gangen overal waskarren en om 9:30 op zondag al geklop op de deur of er gepoetst kan worden

Nie wieder!!!

Habe mit kostenlosen Parkplatz gebucht, an der Rezeption musste ich Parkplatz dazuzahlen. Trotz Hinweis auf meine Buchung mit Hotels.com (Siehe Bild) wurde ich unfreundlich abgefertigt „ ist so, basta“ . Mir geht es nicht um die paar Euro sondern ums Prinzip.

Der Automaten Checkin funktionierte leider nicht, sodass ich 2h warten musste bis die Reception besetzt war. Aber ansonsten hat es mir gepasst. Gute PP und Zimmer sehr zweckmäßig. Zentrum 30 Min. Zu Fuss perfekt..... Ich komme wieder gut und günstig..

Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss roch sehr unangenehm, und man konnte die Straßenbahn deutlich hören, was das Einschlafen erheblich störte. Bei meiner Ankunft am späten Nachmittag war die junge Frau an der Rezeption sehr distanzlos und fragte mich direkt nach meiner Herkunft. Abgesehen davon war sie unhöflich und zeigte ein freches Verhalten.
