Given the reputation of the Pullman brand we had high expectations for this airport hotel. We were very disappointed. The room was good and the bed excellent. The staff were friendly. However, we waited 30 minutes to get a checkin agent. Our checkin was OK, but others took a long time, hence the long line of people waiting to checkin. The other disappointment was in the restaurant. We had a booking. Again a long line and the receptionist left her station, so getting the table took a longtime. We weventally seated ourselves. Then a longtime to get a menu and a drink. We got our rink directly from the bar and found menus. The food selection was disappointing as well. We are seldom negative about hotels and value hard working staff. The problem here was poor systems. This hotel really needs a big improvement in service, especially since it is essentially an airport hotel and not a destination hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
