Super friendly helpful staff, good breakfast very clean property
Staff members were all very helpful and responsive. Great location. Buffet breakfast was a challenge; staff were rushing to keep up with restocking foods. I had to wait forty minutes for an omelet after asking staff four time. When it arrived it was excellent.
Clean modern room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Only disappointing thing was the buffet breakfast hot food in the bain maries was all cold no matter what time we ate there.
Very impressive service by all the staff we encountered.
Central location which was ideal for us.
Well appointed hotel, comfortable and all amenities provided.

Room was nice, spacious for the two of us, bathroom was nice, linen nice etc. roadworks started at 8am drilling etc loudly. Also check in staff member was a little abrupt and not an overall welcoming experience. Overall it was good.
The hotel was not worth the price. The amenities were average, the breakfast was mediocre, and the view was just okay. Prices were much higher than comparable hotels. The breakfast was underwhelming, and the staff did not bother to follow up or offer help. The gym was a small closed room with limited machines and no towels. Overall, it felt like a 3-star hotel at best. I will not stay here again.
