The room was clean and amenities were fine. The towels weren’t really clean and there were stains on some of them. It was cool that there was Netflix on the TV. I was expecting a bit more for the price that I paid. Overall it was an average experience.

Extreme weather event, unable to get through to Auckland from Wellington due to all routes being closed, yet was still charged full price! No meet you half way, as still have to make the trip and still need somewhere to stay, but not my fault all roads were closed! VERY UNFAIR

Air con needed as fan wasn’t suffice. Pillows were very flat, only given one each. Pool was not full Staff were lovely and friendly and easy to deal with and place was tidy when arrived :)

Room was small no couch to sit on, edge where carpet and tiles in kitchen was sharp and had sharp tacks sticking up. No Milo or hot chocolate. Very little linen- eg two guests one flannel, 2 towels, 1 bath mat. Staff were nice. Balcony when wet was very slippery. Pool was empty.

Not a safe place taxi didn’t want to pick me and I had to pay the taxi before I left I was there 2 hours before I banged on reception door to get a taxi as felt unsafe I did tell them to keep the money which they did
