Staff are friendly easy excess to the property can have a good walk in summer close to the shopping only think I don’t like every time I go people nxt to me are loud and shouting that was my bad experience couple of times

Very misleading accommodation advertising

When booking this for two work colleagues, it stated it was 4 star accommodation and it looked clean, tidy and modern. The reality was very different!!!

Room #6 needs an uplift, area around toilet stinks urine, sink in a poor condition as well. Sheets are clean thou. We booked this room for three persons, however complimentary soap and body wash only for two and no shampoo at all. The area suited us well. The staff friendly, but no explanation how to check out - where to drop the card(key), so you have to figure out yourself. 2.5 - 3 stars but no more.

Room itself was basic and comfortable. Very convenient for my meeting. Car park too small. Water in shower was hopeless ran hot and cold as though there was someone turning another tap on and off repeatedly somewhere on the system.

Good location, not too busy. Building is a bit old, room smells a bit musty, need to open windows for ventilation. It seems they're under-staffed. Appropriately priced.

Reception is not manned, you have to phone for one of the cleaners to come. Parking is very tight. Room needs a deep clean. But for something cheap, and walking distance to Newmarket, its OK.

The check-in was easy. The room was very quiet. There are a couple of good eating places (Thai and Italian) within a 2-3 minute walk. Room was clean and tidy.

Please get your drains cleaned in shower so clogged up . half of the lights don’t work . the fridge is so noisy you can’t Sleep . When I checked in I rang the bell so many times I ring number hear phone ringing and guy was in room next door . Yes meant to be cheap and cheerful but please put some love and cleaning into your motel
