"I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Absolutely amazing!! Everything was perfect and comfortable. Lovely rooms too. We stayed on the 4th floor which is so handy to the sky bridge to go to the casino and Skycity without leaving the building."

"We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night.
