It was a wonderful place to stay. We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. There was a lovely patio with chairs and many plants.

A beautiful apartment that felt like home. Eva was an excellent host. Easy walking distance to the Acropolis. Free laundry facilities downstairs was very useful.

Brilliant apartment amenities; good range of kitchen equipment, everything we wanted, and access to gym and laundry a big bonus. Furniture, kitchen and bathroom all seem very new and well fitted. Outdoor space is shaded with decent furniture. Eva communicated with us before our stay, and was prompt to respond to emails. The area is not the most convenient - 10 mins walk either way to metro stations, but central enough to get to the bottom of the Acropolis easily if you don’t mind climbing up the hill. Lots of graffiti in the area (this is to be expected); but we still felt safe walking around at night. Family with 2 teenage boys, we really enjoyed our stay.

Hercules Residence is a wonderful place to stay in Athens. The apartment was incredibly clean. The balcony, living room, and kitchen were such a great bonus. There is laundry for free, an excellent gym, and a lovely play room for small children. We enjoyed walking to the numerous grocery stores, bakeshops, and restaurants. The location is a beautiful walk to the Acropolis and other sites and there are numerous metro stops within an easy walk. We used it to get from the airport and to the Piraeus ferry. Communication from the owner was quick and we appreciated the messages to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Hercules Residence. We will happily stay here again.

Loved the space we got. Spacious and very comfortable. Check in was very easy. Would’ve loved better parking accommodations since we did have to struggle a bit to find street parking, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall would totally recommend staying at this property.

Stayed seven nights. Quiet neighborhood away from the crowd a little bit of a hike to the subway (about a half mile) A little bit on the small side but comfortable little apartment..

This was the perfect place for our family! Easy walk to all the sights, plus yummy bakery and grocery around the corner. We couldn’t have hoped for better. The property was in an excellent area of town, very close walking distance to all the main attractions. Great amenities in the apartment itself, very nice renovation and was great for 6 adults in the three bedroom apartment! We would definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this property enough. It was a 10 out of 10. It is wonderfully situated less than a mile from the Acropolis and the Monastiraki Market (which is a shopping marketplace). The apartment itself was clean and had everything you needed. The staff communicated well through email. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Athens.

Location was awesome. We walked (20-40 minutes) to everything we wanted to see during our 3 day stay in Athens. The place was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the ability to do our laundry for free and hang out on the nice balcony in the mornings. Overall we felt very safe and satisfied.

This is a great property. It is clean, modern, and spacious. Esmeralda was a joy to work with, and she arranged for transportation for us to and from the airport. The apartment is in a great locations as well. Highly recommended property and when we return to Athens, I will be reaching out to Esmeralda in order to stay there again.

Nice apartment and very nice support
The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Esmeralda and Carolina are very responsive, helpful and helped us with taxi reservation, and other questions. The area is quiet and quite close to two subway stations. Highly recommend the place!

Property is not centrally located- on the other side of hill where main attractions are. About 20-30 minute walk. We had kids so it wasn’t convenient but we love that we got the local feel. Great coffee & pastry shop nearby. I was a little bummed that sofas were dirty and stained sheets- no one came to swap/clean during our stay. Wasn’t enough garbage bags for us to take them out . We didn’t know where to take them so we left the garbage on patio. Apartment had many kitchen accessories which was useful with kids and 3 TVs one in in each room.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay in Athens! The apartment was beautifully decorated, had modern appliances, plenty of space and a full kitchen. A washer and dryer as well as a play area is located downstairs which came in very useful while traveling with 3 kids. Location, host and apartment all were amazing and I cannot recommend it enough!

Amazing property! This was the perfect space to host my first international post pandemic trip. The studio is functionally designed with everything you need for a short stay including kitchen appliances, safe box, iron and iron table, even hair dryer. The basement laundry is a plus, especially if you're a light luggage traveler. the balcony was magical. Giving you a sense and view of the niece neighborhood. The host Esmeralda had all the information sent before hand and even referred my airport transfers. The location is also great! 15 minutes tops to walk to the major historical and tourists areas. Within minutes to convenience stores, pharmacies and restaurants. I will definitely recommend this residence to anyone looking for a charmed nook in the heart of Athens.

Esmeralda was on top of communication about check in, we received pertinent information that day before we checked in, including the code to enter the building and enter our room. Every time you open your room door, you're greeted with an exceptionally loud buzzer that alerts the entire building to your arrival. The room was small but we booked a studio so it was expected. The layout was spacious and we had our own AC unit and balcony. However to say the walls are paper thin would be an understatement, you could hear someone on another floor fart and also smell it because the ventilation seems to be connected to the rooms near you. Our room mostly smelled of cigarette smoke for our entire stay. The bathroom was very tiny and the shower doors were broken - one side would close but not open without effort and the two doors didn't actually form a seal so water would leak to the floor. To top it all off the first thing you see when you enter the room is a tiny mailbox on a table where the host had plugged her own Instagram and was asking for tips - though we never saw or interacted with her outside of the check-in texts. The only upside to this residence is that there is a gym (though Covid limited to a single occupant which impeded us and other guests several times) and free laundry facilities.
