Las instalaciones y el hotel en general estaban muy limpias y buenas. El personal muy amable. Tuvimos un solo inconveniente y fue que nos corrieron del hotel inmediatamente hicimos el check out, aún sabiendo que ya había consultado el día anterior si podíamos hacer uso de las instalaciones pues mi vuelo salía ese día en la noche y el check our fue a las 10 am. Me pareció irrespetuoso, así hayamos hecho el check out deberiamos ser tratados como clientes. Nunca antes me había pasado en otro hotel, en ninguna parte del mundo.

Es un hotel diferente a todos, muy pintoresco, con una estética muy particular. Me encantó. tiene misterio y magia. está super bien ubicado en una zona residencial segura. muy cerca de complejos gastronómicos de buen nivel y de importantes shopping

Para que não tem preguiça de andar tem um excelente custo beneficio, próximo do principais locais que fui visitar, da para ir ao shopping a pé.cafe da manhã modesto, mas não deixa a desejar.

No tenía el cable del teléfono no me podía comunicar, muy chico el espacio de bañarse, olor a humedad, no controlan el estacionamiento afuera se deja en la calle ( hay guardia) pero cada uno estaciona como quiere y se quedan sin estacionamiento

Good but could be improved

The hotel staff and owner were very nice, accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself could do with some renovations, as there is a musky/damp feeling at all times in the room and hotel. You can hear everything in the hall and the lobby area - even though I was on the 2nd floor. The breakfast could also be improved and alternatives provided. When staying so many days, you want a bit more. The location is good as there are food options but if you are traveling for work and want to eat something in the room in the evening, this is not an option.

Excelente ubicación y funcional

El hotel está emplazado en un área residencial moderna y segura de la ciudad, muy cerca del paseo Las Carmelitas donde se encuentra variedad gastronómica, bares, discotecas y locales comerciales de muy buen nivel. También está cercano a diversos centros comerciales como el Shopping del Sol, Villa Mora y Mariscal López. Excelente conectividad para diversos lugares de atracción turística, incluido el micro centro y/o centro histórico. La atención del personal del hotel fue buena y cordial pero no muy cálida, a diferencia de otros lugares que visitamos en Asunción en que fuimos tratados muy amistosamente. El desayuno era básico, pero suficiente. La piscina cuando llegamos se veía como si no recibiese la mantención necesaria, nos explicaron que se veía de ese modo por la lluvia que había habido hacía poco rato. Al día siguiente la piscina amaneció impecable. La decoración del hotel hace honor a su nombre, se observan numerosos cuadros de autoría del propio dueño quien es arquitecto y pintor, esculturas, figuras y muebles antiguos. En general, la mantención del hotel es buena, pese a la humedad las paredes se observan blancas. Sin embargo, el baño de nuestra habitación tenía mucho olor a humedad. En resumen el hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Muy buena relación precio calidad.

Sempre fui cliente da rede Fênix, estão abusivos nos preços pelo padrão! Serviço de quarto contratado de terceiros, externo! Frigobar vazio, geladeira com snacks por andar no stilo express, isso não é padrao 4 estrelas! Para quem cobra mais de 100 euros uma diária padrão! O serviço deveria ser mais persobalizado!
