I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE! Graded 1 to 10, 9 only because the airplane was late that morning.

Das Hotelzimmer war bezahlt aber das Hotel International wollte, dass wir nochmal bezahlen. Obwohl wir die Bestätigung vom Hotels.com gezeigt haben. Sie haben argumentiert, dass sie keine Bestätigung vom Hotels.com bekommen hätten. Dann müssten wir uns darum kümmern. Wir saßen vier Stundenlang mit schlechtem WiFi in der nicht klimatisierten Lobby und haben versucht den Kundenservice vom Hotels.com - wegen der Zeitverschiebung - in den USA zu kontaktieren. Ein sehr hilfreich Kundendienstmitarbeiter hat uns zugesichert, dass die Bestätigung an das Hotel Stunden vorher geschickt wurde und hat angeboten, das Hotel anzurufen. Die nicht Englisch sprechende Rezeptionistin war total überfordert. Der Englisch sprechende Hotelmanager, der die ganze Zeit dort saß, hat ihr/uns nicht geholfen. Wir mussten alles für die Rezeptionistin übersetzen. Als der Hotelmanager gemerkt hat, dass wir nicht locker lassen und dass er nicht mehr verstecken kann, dass tatsächlich eine Bestätigung Stunden davor eingetroffen ist, ging er zu seinem Computer und druckte die Reservierung aus. Dann hat er sauer angemerkt, dass die Bestätigung unserer Reservierung - unter meiner Name - vom Expedia und nicht vom Hotels.com kam und dass wir nur diese Nacht bleiben dürften. Dazu kann ich noch ergänzen, dass das Hotel vielleicht in den 80er ein Vier-Sterne Hotel war. Heute ist ein renovierungsbedürftiges Zwei-Sterne Hotel.

Mal arregladas las habitaciones mal mantenidas. (focos quemados, enchufes que se salen de la pared, el baño gastado los pisos, mampara sucia de sarro, baja rota etc) la habitación con tanto espejo parecía hotel alojamiento. Sábanas rotas TV funcionaba mal. Lo peor, pague habitación con parking y el auto paso la noche en la calle. El desayuno deja que desear. El persona amable. por el precio me voy a otro lado

El primer día hizo mucho calor y el aire no funcionaba, al otro día volvió a estar muy fresco y no había agua caliente, te solucionaban pero tenías que llamar a la recepción y esperar a que solucionen, y con un niño chico.... El desayuno de diez y la atención y predisposición muy buena, pero hay que tener paciencia.

We used 3 rooms, the air conditioning didn't work in neither of them, shower terrible and mattress too soft. The breakfast low quality as well. Sound advice AVOID

Pésima experiencia, no regresaría

La experiencia fue realmente mala, llegamos y la primer noche nos cambiaron de hotel porque no tenían disponibilidad, a un hotel mas barato y de menor calidad. El trato en el otro hotel fue bueno, pero la habitacion era lamentable. La gerenta del hotel nos hablo muy bien cuando presentamos la queja, pero no tuvimos un respuesta satisfactoria que subsanara el mal trago. Las siguientes noches ya en el Internacional, las habitaciones están muy venidas a menos, estuvieron reparando el pasillo del piso 12 mientras estuvimos alojados, el desague de la regadera no funcionaba, por lo que cuando te bañabas, se inundaba todo el baño. Sinceramente no lo recomendaría, se ve que el hotel tuvo un buen pasado, pero se ha venido mucho a menos, al menos en la habitación que nos asignaron.

O hotel é confortável, mas no segundo dia o ar quebrou reclamam os contudo quando voltamos na rua o ar continuou sem funcionar, como só estaríamos até as 22h não pedimos a troca do quarto, está também não nos foi oferecida. No restante os funcionários são atenciosos, o café foge aos padrões latino americano, poderia ter um pouco mais de variedades.

Hotel Internacional Asunción

Llegamos a la madrugada. Nos atendió un señor de muy mala gana. Teníamos una habitación triple, nos dio la llave y cuando subimos había una sola cama. Bajamos para reclamar, nos volvió a atender con muy pocas ganas y finalmente nos cambió a una de las suite. Si bien la atención fue mala solucionaron nuestro problema con una habitación mejor que la que habíamos reservado, lo cual estuvo bien. Lo mejor del hotel es que está muy bien ubicado.

O hotel tem um saguão de cinema. Mas os quartos são da década de 80. Telefone não funciona. Televisão antiga. Paredes descascando. Carpetes velhos. Ar condicionado barulhento e com pouca eficiência.

Hotel antigo

Tudo era muito limpo e as pessoas educadas e atenciosas. Mas as instalações velhas, precisando ser renovadas, a TV antiga de tubo. A academia tinha teias de aranhas nos aparelhos, o Spa coisas quebradas e enferrujadas. A localização é boa da para ir a pé a todos os lugares do centro.
