There are some serious issues with the quality of the construction of this hotel. Poorly fitted bathrooms, and even some dangerous finishes in the rooms themselves such as loose power plugs and rows of screws projecting from the floor flashings.

Overnight stay in Astana whilst in transit
The hotel was used as a stop over between flights in Astana. Its location was only 20 minutes drive from the airport allowing easy access to and from the city and close to this years 2017 Expo exhibition. The staff who all spoke English were friendly, making you feel relaxed when arriving and departing. The interior furniture design within the hotel is on a traditional Kazakhstan national style, including the furniture in the room. Cleanliness is one that I look for and this hotel met all expectations especially at the price, and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend the hotel for a short stay if you are looking for a location on a reasonable budget without paying a high price for putting your head down

nice, clean, quiet hotel
very nice and clean place, great restaurant, early breakfast at 3am without extra charge. We just stayed there to leave at 3:30am to the airport and it was perfect. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the fact that they did not have the correct change for a cash payment.

Okay Stay
This hotel was located well off the main strip of Astana. We were there as tourists, and it took about 20 minutes to walk up to the main part of town. The tub did not drain and there was only one towel provided for the room. Additionally, the shower water got all over the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable and the restaurant downstairs was nice after a long day walking through town.

More than I expected!
This is one of the less expensive hotels on the left bank, but you get more than you pay for. The room was really spacious and the windows took up an entire wall from floor to ceiling. My room had a view of Baiterek in the distance. Unfortunately, the view between the room and Baiterek was of construction (they're building the Abu Dhabi tower complex). There's nothing the hotel can do about that. If you know anything about Astana, you know that there's construction going on practically everywhere! There isn't a lot to see or do within the few blocks surrounding the hotel, but it's a quick taxi ride over to Baiterek or the malls and restaurants (for 500 tenge if you're staying on the left bank of the city; though you could walk to Keruen mall or Baiterek in a relatively short period of time). There are two restaurants in the hotel if you're going to insist on not venturing out. Everything about the hotel and the service was great. Definitely more than I expected. I wanted to do some laundry the day before flying out and was expecting to be shown a set of guest washers and dryers. They had hotel staff do my laundry for me free of charge. Yeah, you could spend more and be closer to everything, but why would you want to? If you're like me, a hotel is just a place to sleep and take a shower. Besides, it really isn't such a far walk to Keruen and Baiterek (maybe 20-30 minutes). Should opportunity allow me to return to Astana, I would definitely stay here again.

Сотрудница ресепшена, которая не может найти нашу бронь. Другая сотрудница ресепшена, которая на вопрос "у вас в спа выдают полотенца?" приветливо отвечает "а вы там и спросите". Холодный малосъедобный завтрак, где всего понемногу и все уже остыло (и блин холодный, и яйцо, и глазунью, и колбаски гриль). Бассейн в спа с неработающим гидромассажем (как сказала сотрудница спа "когда-то работали, но это много лет назад было"). Ванная комната с черным грибком в плиточных швах.

적당한 호텔
Stop Over 때문에 하루 묵은 호텔입니다. 생각보다는 큰 호텔이더군요. 그런데 주위에 아무것도 없는 것이 좀. 공항에서 타고간 택시값보다 아침에 제공하는 공항 서비스는 두배이상 비싸네요. 그런데 호텔에서 쉽게 택시를 잡을 순 없었습니다.

This hotel would not get 4 stars in Europe. The breakfast was very poor and not very tasty. Another issue was that there was not option to get the hotel room warm as per the central heating is turned off in may (even when the outside temperature is around zero). The positive was that the room was big and clean. The hotel kitchen works 24/7.

청결함은 좋았으나 욕실 수조 배수가 잘 되지 않았고, 조식 부페는 그럭저럭이었음. 그러나 친절한 직원들과 도심과 공항 가까이 위치한 것은 충분한 장점임. 아, 호텔내 위치한 스파는 시간당 요금이 놀라울 정도로 비쌌으나 마사지 가격은 꽤 저렴한 수준임

Vi fick ingen egen nyckel till rummet. Varje gång man skulle in, tex efter frukost, måste man ned till receptionen, som skickade upp någon som öppnade. Fick aldrig någon förklaring. Ryktades om rädsla för prostitution. Frukosten var ingenting för västerlänningar. Inget riktigt bröd och inget pålägg. Gröna ägg och sötsaker. Vatten över hela golvet från duschen. De flesta anställda kunde inte engelska.

La situation de l hotel permet d aller rapidement au centre ville. De plus l aeroport ne se situe qu a un quart environ. Devant l hotel vous trouverez une station de bus. A 5 mn à pieds vous trouverez facilement des taxis locaux tres bon marche.

4階の部屋であったが、平日は深夜まで地下のクラブの重低音が響いており、少々煩わしい。5階の同行者までは響かなかった模様。その点を除けば、これまで宿泊したホテルの中で最も食事もおいしく、清潔感がある点で高く評価できる。地下のレストランもおすすめ。

ОК для бизнес поездки летом
Выбрал отель, так как очень близко к офису клиента. От центра далеко. Была проблема при заселении: оплатил через hotels.com номер "делюкс", на ресепшн была информация что я оплатил "стандарт", туда и поселили. На следующие день после обращения в hotels.com ошибку исправили, предоставили "люкс". Для того чтобы переночевать - вполне ОК. Но: 1. Даже летом в номере было прохладно - очень большие продуваемые окна с недостаточно теплоизоляцией. Зимой в номере будет ОЧЕНЬ холодно 2. Ванна с высокими краями и на постаменте. Вылезать из нее после душа - почти акробатика.

２回に泊まったが窓がなかった。加えて、地下１階が生演奏付きの中華・イタリアンとなっており、深夜には半ばクラブ状態に。その音が薄い壁を通じて響く日が続いた。クレームをしたが「深夜１時の閉店まではどうしょうもできない」とのこと。星には見合わない建物だった。合わせて、タオルなどの交換も毎日ではなくまちまち。ベットメーキングだけして浴室はやってないことも

立地以外はまずまず
周囲には店は少ないものの、24時まで空いているスーパーまで徒歩５分くらい。 １階のレストラン(中華・イタリアン)はまずまずだけど、バンドの生演奏が部屋まで響いてうるさい。 キャッシングができるATMもあるし、無料の朝食もそこそこで、トータルでは悪くないホテル。 でも次に訪問したときは街の中心に近い方に泊まるかな。
