"Staff was really nice and the room was lovely. But…it was NOISY! I don’t know what was going on every night but there were people yelling and talking so loud we could literally hear them through the window from the third floor. Had no idea Aspen had that kind of wild night life but we barely slept the two nights we were there.
It’s a shame because it’s really cute and very well-located.
Down side - there is no hotel parking and it was very difficult to park! "
"The room was clean and quaint. It is walking distance to downtown and the ski slopes. We could watch people skiing on Aspen Mountain from our room and from the hot tub. There was a locker for our skis with a lock provided. We could walk to the lift at Ajax Tavern. The bus stops right out front to bring you to Buttermilk or Snowmass or the Aspen airport. We had a great time and this is the second time I stayed at Annabelle Inn!"
"I didn’t use the pool next time, but looks very neat, The Only Complaint, is the cleaning, I I think you need to train the housekeeper, Better, she never clean over, sink, when day she make the best upstairs, but no the one downstairs. Sometimes she took the trash from kitchen, but not from the other áreas. Joe the man who is front desk is Amazing. I really like him and helps a lot. Otherwise everything Was Good Thank You, is a very nice apartment."
"The staff and shuttle service are top notch!! The ease of use with the shuttle app is amazing!! The awesome coffee machines in the morning made our day!! We will definitely be back to stay! "
"My only complaint, it would have been nice to have ski storage in lobby instead of hauling them up and down the stairs. Elevator very slow which is why we did stairs frequently.
Rooms stay unusually warm so glad we could open slider to balcony to cool off.
The had cider/water/cookies all day, very responsive to any and all concerns. Very comfortable bedding and pillows."
"We had a great stay at Limelight Aspen. The room was spacious, with excellent closet space for ski gear, and the complimentary breakfast had great variety and quality options. The hot tub was also a nice touch after long days on the mountain.
A few areas could be elevated to better match five-star expectations: the bathroom floors weren’t heated (something I would expect in a ski destination), housekeeping felt basic (amenities like tissues and coffee machine water weren’t replenished), there was no turndown service, and the hot tub could have been cleaner. Concierge services were polite but limited, and shuttle transportation to other mountains felt less seamless than expected.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality, but there’s room to refine the luxury experience."
