"Lovely big clean room bar the smell of fresh paint as you walked in and the bathroom door sticking. All the staff were lovely though and plenty of parking spaces plus a a good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast. Lots of other eateries if you so wished within a 2 to 5 minute radius too and the Aston Moss tram stop which will get you to Co-op Live Arena / The Etihad stadium and beyond about a 10 minite walk away."

"This property would likely have scored a 5 star rating, except for the check-in. When we arrived, the check-in at the front desk went very smoothly. However, when we hauled all of our luggage to our assigned room on the 5th floor, the room had not been serviced - the bed was messed up, there were towels on the bathroom floor, someone had left their glasses case on the nightstand, etc. So, I returned to reception and had to show pictures of the room to the reception person to prove my case, and...

"I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. An excellent choice of breakfasts included in the price. The restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The location is fantastic with wonderful views of the beautiful Peak countryside."
