"If I could rate it negative stars, I would! As I was checking out, a customer was complaining that he was double charged for incidentals. I left and didnt think anything of it. I checked my card and saw the $50 was pending...figured it would drop off like always. Then the next day another $50 charge was pending. Another day later, the first charge posted to my account. Two days after that the second charge dropped. Called hotel. They said it would drop off in a couple days. This was a week ago. Had to call credit card company to dispute the claim. I can only hope for the best at this point. The hotel staff was ignorant. I asked about good local places to eat and they told me to just google it as they only eat at home. Turned on the TV and only three channels worked. By far the worst hotel stay in my life. And if this is who EXPEDIA uses as a resource for consumers, I will be doing my business elsewhere. Hands down the worst stay I have ever had!"

"Got a King Suite. It was very spacious. Clean room. Didn’t use the pool/spa but it looked nice. Didn’t make it to breakfast in time but it looked big. They had a soda machine tho, that was awesome wish I had seen it sooner!"

"Early check in wasn’t available. I went to the front counter multiple times each time there wasn’t anyone there and I had to wait to be helped. Hotel seemed a bit older and could use some updates."

"I want a refund ! We 1st got there and the room smelled like wet dog, we found bugs in our clean towels, then i seen a bug on our bed as well, and the next morning upon pack we found a grown bed bug (dead) under the table where you eat. The staff did give us spray for the smell and brought clean towels. But i haven't heard from management at all regarding the bed bug situation, i couldn't sleep all night because i was worried about taking home bugs. And i thought there was complimentary breakfast, that was nowhere to be found. The chemicals in the pool and hot tub were kind of unbearable. "
