"I don't appreciate getting surprised tapped $14/night parking when there was zero mention of this. After the first night we were highly considering fighting it to relocate, did not because it quickly became a competition between hampton and expedia on who was gonna process anything. We ended up having to extend our trip for a day due to storms, and ended up going to a different hotel for that night: we realized how wrong we were to stay here after seeing how nice we could've had it for way way...

"Staff was fabulous, took care of anything, and everything we needed had a great stay. Neighborhood was a little bit sketchy appeared to have some hookers out on the street at night."

"The rooms were absolutely wonderful. The staff was excellent and the stay was perfect!"

"The bathroom door in our room was warped and didn't close 1/4 of the way. The room was clean and they do provide a good breakfast. Free afternoon popcorn is a nice touch."

"The room and smelled clean happy with that bed was comfortable but the problems. The Ac coming on in the room was very loud and had a squeal to it that woke my wife up every time it came on. Now my biggest complaint is with the shower day one shower would not get very hot and day too didn’t get hot at all. Ok place shhh shower."

"This hotel is disgusting. The pictures make it look decent, but it is gross in person. The walls had multiple Marks. The carpet it stained and lifting. The toilet had a huge purple stain. There was conditioner (?) Left in the wall of the shower. It stuck. Overall, super disappointed. They girl at the front desk was very nice. That was the only good thing."

"So I wasnt going to reveiw my stay being that it was for one night. I myself was a front desk clerk once in downtown Charleston and we did everything to help the customer. I came down for a party I got there about something to four had my daughter come over to help assist so I didn't really pay attention to the room like that. When it was time to use the bathroom in the toliet like right under the seat was poop stain that was missed. Gross me the out . I called front desk the guy said oh...

"The breakfast was the only down side all they had was a strange juice and cereal with no milk"

"Everything was perfect"

"We loved our king bed suite. The bed was perfect, lots of outlets for CPAP machines and phone chargers. Nice sitting area in suite and small kitchenette was useful. We had a big group, of 6 couples and was able to use the public sitting room and dining room to visit and play games. Very happy with the hotel and it was in a good area, easy to find and near restaurants."

"Comfortable one night stay"

"The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The first room was "clean", but had an awful musty smell. He apologized and gave us another room, which was much better. However, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, and the shower faucet did not work properly. Water was lukewarm at best. Handle made a crunchy sound when adjusting it. Also, there was no visible sign on the road. Thank God for GPS!"

"We have been stuck on the plane with no pilot over an hour late. No updates until we other passengers got upset."

"After traveling all day i checked in to the hotel. My reservation was paid for 2 weeks in advance but was informed they had no room available for me. I will not be reserving a room at Fairfield again."

"Older property! Clean but needs some remodeling."
