Great centrally located hotel with clean rooms and a helpful staff. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants and with grocery stores right down the road. From this hotel, it was easy to access downtown Brevard as well as the nearby natural attractions, Pisgah National Forest, waterfalls, etc. Cant wait to come back. Definitely would stay here on my next visit.

I reserved a room 6 months in advance, but upon check-in was told that they “don’t assign rooms until the day of” so they do not guarantee you get the type of room you reserved. In fact, we did not have 2 beds as reserved. It seems that the reservation system is broken as they should only book what they know they have. Or, at the very least, assign rooms first come, first serve. Very disappointing.

Hotel has a huge lobby. We stayed 2 night. We borrowed a deck of cards from the front desk to play. Front desk staff was friendly and personable. Fire pit was broken so that was a bummer.

Thankfully the actual stay was a lot better than the check in. Once we were finally able to get to our room, it was very nice. Clean, spacious & shockingly enough with actual room cleaning each day! Breakfast area & lobby are really nice. Clean & comfortable. I would have given this hotel a 5 star with the exception of the people at the front desk. The guy who was there as we were leaving was fine. But the younger girl at the front desk when we were trying to check in was a NIGHTMARE! I was really questioning our decision to stay in Brevard when we first got there because of how awful she was. Thankfully the rest of the stay and the town were very nice. I had to wait at the front desk for 15-20 minutes before she shows up. Then she comes down the elevator. Sees me standing there & says nothing to me. I didn't think she was an employee because she looked like she had just rolled out of bed. Hair up, no makeup, baggy clothes. Looked like she was wearing pajama pants! And didn't address me at all. Finally comes around the desk & says, "Name". Not welcome. Thanks for waiting. Nothing but "Name" and then upon getting me checked in, she goes outside to get on her phone and was rude when I came out looking for my husband who was tired of waiting & had gone to the car. I was pretty much fuming by now. So, as long as you don't get her, I would say this is a great place to stay.
