Staff were excellent. I arrived a few hours before checkin time and they upgraded the room type from twin to quad for me. The stay was very comfortable and the location is great.

Pullman Zamzam Madina
They charged me an extra 400 Saudi rials for checking in 3 hours early. I mentioned that I would be checking out early in the morning, so they could adjust for that, but they didn't handle it very professionally.
