The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the first night, we didn’t have a hot shower, which was a bit disappointing, but the water was lukewarm the next day. The area gets quite noisy on Saturday nights, sometimes until late at night. It might not be ideal for a long stay, but it’s a great place for a short stay.

I booked double bed on the hotel.com . when I checked in they said only single bed is available and it took forever to check in. there was no staff but a security guard. The information you get on hotel.com is unreliable. Beware!

Located next to stadium, very clean and amazing staff. Even accompaign us when we wanted to go and get food ti reataurant after 6:00 pm for security. Strongly recommend. Best quality for best price.

It was our second time at the Raha Leo Inn in less than a week. This time we had a room that the shower did not have hot water, and just a little water, the young man forgot to book our taxi driver and lies about it after. But the young lady (manager) took care of everything after. For the price and for an over night it is very good.

Avoid at all costs – they took my money and gave m

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I arrived with a confirmed and prepaid booking, only to be told at reception that the hotel was fully booked and they had no room for me. Despite the fact that I had already paid, I was forced to find another hotel at the last minute, late in the evening. To make matters worse, the hotel has refused to refund me for the night I never stayed. This is unacceptable and feels like outright theft. Save yourself the trouble – this place is completely unreliable and dishonest.

Schöne Anlage und sauberes Zimmer. Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen und habe mich gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Mwinyi war ein großartiger Gastgeber und Freund während des Aufenthaltes. Gutes Frühstück und Unterkunft insgesamt sehr preiswert! Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen!

A valorar en positivo que se encuentra en pleno centro de Arusha y que pese a ello está bastante bien insonorizado. Las mosquiteras pueden ser necesarias de noche ya que las habitaciones no están bien aisladas. A destacar en negativo que no fue posible ducharse con agua caliente; la solución a este problema fue ducharse con un cubo de agua caliente. El desayuno incluido es aceptable teniendo en cuenta el precio por habitación.

No need for a fancy hotel, Raha Leo Inn is perfect

The workers at the hotel were extremely helpful. Location in Arusha could not have been better, right next to the town's center, museums and football pitch. Beautiful courtyard setup and excellent free breakfast. The rooms themselves were great, nice bathroom and comfy beds. If I return to Arusha I will be staying here again.

Un super point de chute !

Une très bonne expérience dans cet hotel bien situé à Arusha. Le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous et nous à donné de bons conseils pour manger le soir. My First Choice in Arusha

An excellent stay in a very quiet Oasis ,yet near to everything.Super friendly staff who anticipated my needs. Sure the rooms aren't big and the bathroom is positively minute but it's still a 10/10 for me. Given what you pay. So many moaners expect 5 star for 2 star prices. Get real
